Terms and conditions of sale

Anyone who makes a reservation with the RW COMPANY automatically agrees to the general conditions of sale.

Article 1 | Reservation

Any reservation will only be valid in the presence of an adult who will assume full responsibility for the minor(s). The Management reserves the right of entry and to verify the accuracy of the information mentioned.

Any reservation will be effective after payment, no refund request will be accepted. In case of cancellation within the time limits, only a gift voucher of the amount paid will be made according to our cancellation conditions.

The reservation takes effect only upon receipt of payment :
all payment is paid via a secure link sent to the customer (secure online payment by credit card, bancontact or bank transfer) or on site. If there are more than 7 calendar days between the date of reservation and the date of consumption, the customer is obliged to pay this deposit within 3 calendar days from the date of reservation. If there are less than 7 calendar days between the date of reservation and the date of consumption, the customer is obliged to pay on the day he made the reservation, ideally within the hour. The validation of the reservation is effective only from the moment when a deposit of at least 80% is paid. Without deposit, RW COMPANY reserves the right to sell the place to someone else and cancel your reservation. In this case, the customer will be informed by SMS of the cancellation of the reservation. When booking for a group from of 4 people, the identity card of one of the people in the group will be required and returned at the end of the session and after checking the premises. You can move your reservation up to 2 calendar days before the reserved date; If you wish to cancel, the payment will not be refunded but postponed only once for a subsequent reservation with a gift voucher for the value paid (valid for 2 years). In case of cancellation after this period of 2 calendar days, the payment will be definitively lost even if the establishment is not to your taste or for a case of major form... In the case of a reservation canceled for the same day there will be no reimbursement or postponement of payment for any reason whatsoever, even force majeure and the full amount will be due. If the customer cancels the agreement less than 48 hours before the rental, his deposit or the whole will be charged as an administration fee. The customer cannot under any circumstances invoke the cases of force majeure (eg accidents, covid, bad weather, illness, death, prevents, etc. and expressly waives its right (in accordance with art. VI.47 and following the Code of Economic Law) within a period of 14 days, without justification and without additional costs, to withdraw his reservation, his order, his gift voucher or any purchase or service of RW COMPANY When paying the deposit, the customer declares to agree with these general conditions. RW COMPANY can cancel the reservation only for non-payment, in case of force majeure following a technical fault or following measures taken by the government regarding COVID-The payment will at this time be placed in your personal account with RW COMPANY. remains valid for a period of 2 years, i.e. from the value date upon payment .

After the expiry of this period of 2 years, the payment will be charged as administration fees. This period cannot be interrupted under any circumstances.

You are responsible for the correct use of the facilities made available to you by the private wellness. The RW COMPANY center declines all responsibility in the event of an accident or incident with physical and/or material damage caused by incorrect or reckless use of the facilities. The RW COMPANY center declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of property. You are required to cover the costs of repair and restoration related to any damage that may have occurred in the rented space. The RW COMPANY center reserves the right to refuse access to the complex, for any reason whatsoever. The space is privatized for a well-defined period, please vacate the premises at the scheduled time. In the event of an overrun of the scheduled duration, a supplement of 25€/5 minutes will be due. If for reasons beyond our control (technical problem, natural disaster, force majeure, etc.) RW COMPANY could not offer the reserved and already partially paid service then the company undertakes to guarantee the validity of the payment for a service as soon as possible. No refund will be granted. An appointment made is a commitment, not honoring it can incur costs. Our company uses a collection service for any appointment made and not honored, according to the cancellation terms described above, the eligible amount remains due and the collection service will do the necessary .

All our legal relationships are governed by Belgian law. The Brussels court has sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute between the RW COMPANY center and its customers, except where another court is designated by law. Any delay on the part of the customer will be charged to the time of the reservation.

Gift vouchers

Once the appointment has been made, you can move or cancel it up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, at no cost, after this time the gift voucher is considered used and therefore lost if you do not show up..

Our gift vouchers are valid for 2 years, non-extendable and non-refundable.

Withdrawal (excluding reservations) :

The withdrawal period is 14 days, from the day of purchase of your voucher/gift voucher: possibility for the buyer to request a refund, without penalties, with the exception of return and administrative costs; 10% of the amount paid. Any refund request exceeding the withdrawal period of 14 days from the day of receipt of your payment will be void and therefore will not be taken into account by RW COMPANY. Therefore, in the event of any dispute relating to reimbursement after the 14-day withdrawal period, RW COMPANY will not be held responsible for your delay and will therefore incur total liability against all persons requesting an abusive reimbursement.
